Agreement to Terms

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance in the most appropriate manner, subject to prevailing Canadian Law.

Clients have the right to request copies of any and all of their Client Records we keep.

We will NOT sell, share, or rent your personal or business information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Cancellation and Termination

Minimum 7 business days written notice of cancellation is required. Both parties have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for valid reasons. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; no refunds are offered for services already deemed to have begun. Unused terms for undelivered services will be refunded.

Log Files and Cookies

We use IP addresses and cookies to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user movement for aggregate use. Cookies enable us to retrieve user details for each visit to enhance functionality.
